Cargo solution enhances operations in port and offshore

In the Jan/Feb 2012 issue of OSJ, we revealed that Petrobras was looking to make some interesting modifications to the platform supply vessels (PSVs) it plans to order in its next tranche of newbuilds. The reason for the modifications to the PSV 4500s was that offshore operations are being adversely affected by congestion in Brazilian ports.
