E-learning brings greater flexibility to training

Crew can use e-learning courses or onboard computer-based training (CBT) to improve their competence and extend their knowledge without the constraints of the classroom. Online and on-demand CBT brings flexibility to the learning experience as long as it is backed by strong assessment processes and practical application.
