EMISA appoints North American representative

The European Maritime Independent Suppliers Association (EMISA) has appointed Scandic Diesel Services' president, Mikkel Elsborg, as a North American representative. This appointment is part of EMISA broadening its scope to include a global strategy. Now it will be more convenient for any North American members to contact EMISA, without much of a time difference to their point of contact.
