Greek interests lead mini-revival but problems remain

Cheaper pricing is enticing more conservative owners with healthy balance sheets to order now, in the hope of taking delivery in an improving market in two years time. Nevertheless, a huge imbalance between supply and demand will remain for at least another year. This is making owners extremely nervous as their newbuilding delivery dates draw closer.
