New DECT access points bring greater versatility

Ships crew will enjoy improved onboard communication following the introduction of a new series of digital enhanced cordless telephony (DECT) access points from NEC-Phillips. DECT is one of the most advanced systems for medium range wireless communication, with individual cells typically reaching a diameter of 50m.
