New compass sensor and AIS transponder unveiled

Digital Deep Sea has launched the HSC100T electronic fluxgate compass sensor and a new Class B AIS transponder. They are available through CA Clase, a marine electronics distributor in the UK. The HSC100 uses fluxgate technology to deliver compass heading data for onboard systems. According to CA Clase, typical applications include enabling course and true motion-type displays on chart plotters, or radar overlay onto electronic charts, and the stabilisation of radar when used for ARPA target tra....
