New owners enter the market as Petrobras unveils new plan

At US$236.5 billion, the recently released business plan budget of Petrobras, Brazil’s state-controlled oil company, has grown from US$224.7 billion for the 2011-15 period and from US$220 billion for the 2010-14 period and a seemingly paltry US$174 billion for the 2009-13 period.
