Late in 2011 Gulf Offshore Norge announced details of an order for a Skipsteknisk-designed ST-216 Arctic PSV, to be built by the Simek shipyard, Flekkefjord. A second similar vessel was later added to the order. The vessels, with yard numbers 129 and 130, are reportedly due for delivery in the second and third quarters of 2013. Gulf Offshore Norge is a subsidiary of GulfMark Offshore and owns or operates a fleet of 10 modern PSVs. Three of these are also of Skipsteknisk design - the ST-216L CD ....
