Subsea intervention brings technical challenges

It is hard to get an accurate tally but globally today there appear to be about 10 vessels capable of subsea intervention, among the latest recruits being Helix’s appropriately named Well Enhancer. This is still a small number. Further tonnage is in-build/contemplated, and development of intervention systems goes on apace.
