WSS signs cruise liferaft exchange agreement

Wilhelmsen Ships Service (WSS) has secured a five-year agreement with Delphin Kreuzfahrten to supply 16 liferafts to the cruise ship, Delphin, as part of WSS’s Liferaft Exchange Programme (LRE). WSS has disposed of the ship’s out of date rafts and replaced them with the company’s Unitor branded ones. LRE is a system of exchanging liferafts, which are due for service, at the dockside to reduce delays caused by servicing requirements. Through the LRE programme, WSS takes service....
