Brazil will be Danish owner Lauritzen Offshore’s main area of operations going forward. The owner is gradually building a fleet of shuttle tankers and accommodation units, and has set three clear ground rules on how it will build its presence in the country. “First, we will not be building shuttle tanker tonnage speculatively.
