The Passenger Ship Safety Conference is Riviera Maritime Media’s latest ship-type safety conference bringing together anyone involved with cruise ships, ferries and fast ferries of all sizes and types anywhere in the world to discuss standards, survivability and security.
Passenger ships are in increasing demand and with new markets being explored the pressures on operators and crew are growing daily.
Enhanced passenger expectations, continual development in safety equipment, technology and systems and changing regulatory and design requirements have all increased the pressure on operators and crew to operate new and modified ships in a safe and secure way.
The 2013 conference programme will cover the most topical safety and security issues.
The event builds on the success of Passenger Ship Technology, which specialises in cruise ships and ferries of all types operating anywhere in the world, and is the latest in a series of highly successful London based conferences organised by maritime information specialist Riviera Maritime Media.
