How to register
The easiest way to register is via the internet by completing the online form. Your registration will be acknowledged automatically via email. If you do not receive an email acknowledgement after completing your registration, if you need assistance in registering, or if you would prefer to register by telephone, then please contact our events team:

Payment for event registration or post-event documentation
You will have a choice of payment method when you register online for event attendance or post-event documentation.
For conference registration, delegates must ensure that payment is received before the date of the conference. If not, payment or a credit card guarantee will be taken on the day. We reserve the right to request payment by credit card or take a credit card guarantee for registrations received within two weeks of the conference start date. We reserve the right to refuse admission at the event if payment, proof of payment or a payment guarantee is not received.
If an invoice is required please request this at time of booking
If purchasing event documentation ONLY, payment is required before goods can be forwarded to you.

Fees
The event registration fee entitles the purchaser to attendance at all event sessions, lunches, refreshments, social/networking activities as per final programme, and event documentation.
The event documentation, if purchased separately, entitles the purchaser to electronic versions of the event handbook, presentation material, delegate list, sponsor/exhibitor information and review/summary material published by Riviera Maritime Media Ltd. The event documentation will be forwarded to you within 28 days of purchase.

Delegate fees will be subjected to VAT if applicable

Cancellations & refunds
Events:
If you should cancel a conference registration ten working days before an event you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of £110.00. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received within 10 days before the event date.
We welcome substitute delegates at any time.
If you are unable to attend the conference we accept substitute delegates to take your place instead.
Event documentation:
If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with the event documentation received please contact our events team and we will replace them or arrange for a full refund:

Programme alterations
It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to alter the event venue, programme content, event schedule, chairmen, speakers. If an event, for whatever reason, has to be cancelled or postponed RMM Ltd will not be liable for any costs incurred by the delegate in attending the event.
