Norwegian Solutions
The Association of Norwegian Maritime Exporters NME was founded in 1995 to promote co-operation between companies and organisations of the maritime sector and to further develop Norway's leading position within the international maritime community.
NME provides its members with a joint forum for expanding the markets of the Norwegian maritime equipment sector internationally. Norway is a major global supplier of technology and equipment for ships, fisheries and aqua culture and many of the country`s exporting manufacturers of products and services have joined the association.
Norway, through close co-operation with yards and users, is globally recognised for its longstanding expertise, innovation, strong business networks and custom-designed package solutions. Norwegian equipment manufacturers also work closely with Norwegian R&D centres and institutions. The leading product developers and trendsetters in Norway`s rich maritime environment form the core of NME.
