As the journal covers topics of interest to ship owners’ and operators’ technical and operational departments it is therefore circulated to fleet directors, superintendents, information communication technology (ICT) managers, deck officers, ships’ engineers, electrotechnical officers, and naval architects. The readers are predominately ICT related staff who assess what equipment is required, and evaluate what is available.
