LNG carrier fleet and deliveries
Each issue of LNG World Shipping features a range of statistics, in the form of tables, charts and graphs, which summarise the existing LNG carrier fleet by containment system, shipyard, propulsion system, age and price. In addition, recently delivered ships are tabulated and various comparisons are made between the existing and on order LNG carrier fleets. These statistics are provided by BS Energy Services. Ship profile
Each issue of LNG World Shipping contains at least one in-depth Ship Profile article which features a recent, distinctive newbuilding LNG carrier. In addition to the ship particular and main supplier lists and technical descriptions of the ship’s capabilities, each profile places the ship and its operator in its relevant commercial context. General arrangement drawings are featured, where available. Offshore LNG
In tandem with current efforts to extend the LNG supply chain LNG World Shipping is expanding its coverage of developments with LNG floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) vessels, floating storage and regasification units (FSRUs) and LNG regasification vessels (LNGRVs). This coverage is consolidated in two special Offshore LNG Supplements that LNG World Shipping publishes each year. Small Scale LNG
The LNG supply chain is extending across the full upstream/downstream spectrum and at the customer end LNG World Shipping is keeping close watch on the many Small Scale LNG developments now beginning to take place. Norway is leading the way on Small Scale LNG and the following two-page article, on Gasnor’s efforts to provide an LNG distribution infrastructure along the Norwegian coast, was published in the November/December 2009 edition of LNG World Shipping.
