Offshore Support Journal covers every type of offshore vessel, including platform supply vessels, anchor handlers, dive support and subsea vessels, accommodation ships, pipe-layers, cable-layers, heavy-lift ships, crewboats, construction, well intervention, survey, geophysical and support vessels. Regular features include news, vessel descriptions, area reports, operator and shipbuilder profiles, equipment and technology features, safety and regulatory, finance and ports, and propulsion plant.

David Foxwell has been editing Offshore Support Journal for more than 10 years and brings knowledge, insight and enthusiasm to the role. As well as overseeing the growth of the journal, he has also introduced supplements covering topics such as offshore wind (now published as a separate journal), OSV ice class and arctic vessels, and an annual review, and he continues to play a significant part in the Annual Offshore Support Journal Conference and Awards.

As well as drawing on the expertise of Riviera’s team of in-house and freelance journalists, Offshore Support Journal has regional and specialist correspondents contributing information from all over the world.

An exclusive list of all OSVs on order as of 1 January is published annually, compiled by Riviera’s data partner BRL Shipping Consultants, and updated in each issue throughout the year.
