Riviera acquires ITS Convention & Exhibition and Tug & OSV magazine

Riviera Maritime Media announces the purchase of the intellectual property associated with International Tug & Salvage (ITS) Convention & Exhibition and the Tug & OSV magazine from the Administrators of The ABR Company Limited (in administration).

Riviera’s managing director, Steve Labdon commented, “The tug business area is one in which we already operate with our own magazine, newsletter, website and various event formats and where we have many clients. The ITS Convention & Exhibition and the Tug & OSV magazine are well-regarded within the tug community. Bringing them into our portfolio will allow us to better serve our existing clients in this area, as well as welcoming the current customers of the ITS Convention & Exhibition and the Tug & OSV magazine to Riviera.”
