Maritime Hybrid and Electric Conference, Bergen

09:00 - 18:00
Bergen, Norway

Powering the drive towards a sustainable green maritime sector

Shortly after the successful launch of our Maritime Hybrid & Electric Conference in Bergen in 2019, the world was hit by COVID-19 and we moved to delivering our portfolio of European, North American and Asian hybrid and electric events online.

We are now delighted to be back in person bringing together industry leaders at this year’s event in Bergen on 20-21 October 2021.

Driven by the compelling benefits of reduced fuel consumption, GHG emissions and lower-cost maintenance, the adoption of hybrid and electric and hydrogen fuel cell technologies is accelerating across the maritime sector. These clean technologies will play a pivotal role in the decades to come as the maritime sector transitions towards decarbonisation.

This year’s agenda, delivered by leading authorities in the sector, will provide a detailed analysis of technology and regulatory developments over the past 12 months. It will cover innovations in battery technology, showcase the benefits of electrification, assess the safety factors, and present the latest updates on projects from across Europe.

Prior to this event, Riviera are hosting a one-day conference on Maritime Hydrogen and Fuel Cells on 19 October 2021.

Who should attend:

  • Battery manufacturers
  • Vessel owners and operators
  • System Integrators
  • Investors
  • Naval architects
  • Classifications societies
  • Industry associations
  • Port Authorities
  • Technology suppliers
  • Analysts and consultants
