Consistent with the approach of providing Training and Customer Support 24/7, at the heart of the project are the professional figures and technical skills involved in the maintenance and operation of the ECGS systems and the compliance process management. One is a powerful cloud solution designed to be easy-to-use: this way clients can focus on their core business while system management is digitally managed, and compliance is always under monitoring.
Shipowners can be sure of vessel compliance through real-time fleet location and system status monitoring worldwide, accessible through the module One-Eyes. At the same time, a complete fleet overview including vessel properties and installed system information is always available through the module Fleet Asset.
This is key in terms of compliance as well as maintenance, as the precise state of wear of the asset is always known and this allows maintenance to be planned with greater precision. The shift from time indicator or hours/machine to a predictive model that increases asset productivity can be a reality.Moreover, with One, companies can move from simple data collection to their structuring, processing, and analysis, allowing specialists with different skills to work together both on a technical and a strategic level.
Real time awareness is handled through the module One-Eyes, were the state of each EGCS is available at any time and alarms for tech failures, emission control and ECA Areas passage are implemented. A dedicated module – One Settings - is designed to the set-up and management of thresholds; each sensor can then provide automated alerts notifications via SMS and E-mail to warn the entire team, and support to operators is provided in real-time from the Ecospray Operation Centre, 24/7.
In fact, One is designed to share data with the work group, even if heterogeneous: this approach is key to obtaining greater reliability, productivity, and operational excellence of the system, transforming passive data into useful information to allow all stakeholders to take informed and proactive decisions; this feature is highly customizable through the module One-Users to fit the organization structure and process.
The ability to analyze data provided by One is significant to the point of guiding operational decisions, increasing the productivity and profitability of the system to a minimum, unscheduled downtime. The One-Brain module gives access to all recorded information, acquired from the automation systems using a digital communication infrastructure that encrypts data and makes it available via authentication to Ecospray technicians, system operators and managers, anywhere and at any time.
Using the processing capacity available on the cloud and on edge-computing, Big Data is processed through analyzers that return key information on the state of the system as conditions, remote diagnostics, performance monitoring via customized KPIs and benchmarking, IT security and predictive maintenance.
One comes with a built-in reporting feature for Compliance and process Report, specific to a time stamp range, acting as a compliance computer backup for Ship Companies, with data stored for up to 18 months. A monthly report is also issued for each vessel including a general outlook of the system during the period, criticalities emerged and system fine-tuning suggestions, if needed.
