Hayfin sells UOS-managed anchor handler fleet to new owners

Of the ‘GH’ fleet of anchor handlers owned by funds managed by Hayfin and managed by United Offshore Support (UOS), GH Voyager and GH Freedom have already been transferred to the new owners.

The remaining nine vessels will follow in the coming weeks as charter and operational schedules allow. 

UOS will continue to provide full commercial, crew and technical management services, as it has done since 2018, to the new owners of the fleet.

At the same time, the acquisition of 50% of UOS by interests that are part of Capital Maritime Group has been concluded and approved by all relevant authorities. 

The company will soon be officially re-named UOS-Capital and continue to manage a fleet of up to 16 platform supply vessels, multipurpose supply vessels and the above-mentioned anchor handlers.
