Keppel Offshore & Marine Ltd’s subsidiary Keppel FELS has secured a contract from Ørsted for two offshore substations.
The contract comprises detailed engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning for two 600-MW substations for Ørsted’s Greater Changhua offshore wind sites in Taiwan. It excludes certain electrical components to be furnished by Ørsted.
Keppel’s work scope is scheduled for completion in Q3 2021.
