The scope of work covers a geophysical survey to be carried out for the development of the Ocean Wind offshore windfarm, approximately 24 km off the coast of Atlantic City, New Jersey.
The survey work is mainly intended to provide high-resolution geophysical data on the windfarm.
EGS will use a 50-m survey vessel, Neptune, and a full spread of high-resolution bathymetric and geophysical equipment, including a hull-mounted, dual-head/dual-swath Kongsberg 2040C multibeam echo sound system, an Innomar SES2000 parametric SBP and a Geo-Source sparker system.
