Chevron Oronite product development chemist, marine, Ron Jukes will deliver a presentation titled, 'Fuels of the Future – Service Experience with New ≤0.50% Sulphur Marine Fuels,' on 11 June during the 13:30–15:00 sessions in Ballroom A.
“As an industry leader in marine additive technology, Chevron Oronite is adding two MCL and two TPEO marine lubricant additive solutions to our Marine and PowerGen System (MAPS™). These new lubricant additives have been designed to address lubricating challenges in both compliant fuel and heavy fuel oil applications in preparation for the implementation of IMO 2020,” said Mr Jukes. “During my presentation, I will discuss the experience we have built in the field with several ≤0.50% sulphur marine fuels for use in 2020 and beyond.”
