BEMA elects new board of directors
The Ballastwater Equipment Manufacturers Association held its annual meeting in Oslo, Norway, at the same time as the Nor-Shipping exhibition
During the meeting, a new board of directors and officers were elected.
The nine board members are:
President - Dr Efi Tsolaki of ERMA FIRST ESK Engineering Solutions
Vice president - Matt Granitto of De Nora Water Technologies
Secretary - Mark Riggio of Filtersafe Automatic Screen Filtration
Treasurer - Birgir Nilsen of Optimarin
Board member - Kechao Lu of Headway Technology Co
Board member - Jorunn Seglem of Knutsen Group
Board member - Rasmus Folsø of DESMI Ocean Guard
Board member - Andrew Marshall of Ecochlor Inc
Board member - Peter Sahlen of Alfa Laval
The sixth annual meeting will take place on 27 April 2023.
