Crowley has appointed a new chief operating officer to start in January 2026 to advance its growth in supply chain sectors
Megan Davidson will succeed Ray Fitzgerald as chief operating officer of Crowley on 1 January 2026 as the US company plans for growth in the energy, maritime and inland transport sectors.
Ms Davidson joined Crowley as its chief people officer in 2021 and has since led the continuing evolution of the company’s culture, strengthening its talent, governance and performance management systems.
She has aligned talent strategies to business outcomes and built systems that help teams move faster and deliver results.
In 2024, Ms Davidson began leading functions over legal, risk, safety and environmental assurance as chief people and regulatory officer.
Mr Fitzgerald will continue as an advisor to Crowley as he transitions to his anticipated retirement in 2026.
