Cummins names Jon Wood VP new power engineering

In his new position, Mr Wood will support Cummins’ efforts in advancing electrification and fuel-cell technology in the heavy truck, bus, passenger train and marine segments.

Based in the UK, Mr Wood has worked for Cummins for 27 years, most recently as vice president – components engineering. Before his current role, he served as executive director of research and engineering for Cummins Emission Solutions. Mr Wood also spent time as executive director of research and engineering and director of Asia engineering for Cummins Turbo Technologies.
