Gangway builder Ulmatec hires new financial officer

Jill Aasen has joined Ulmatec as its new chief financial officer (CFO) at a time of rising demand for the Norwegian company’s walk-to-work gangways and launch of units for offshore support vessels.

Ms Aasen has extensive background in finance and accounting, having held key positions in other Norwegian companies.

Ulmatec has seen rising demand for its large gangways for vessels servicing offshore windfarms and walk-to-work units for ships assisting in maintaining oil and gas production platforms.

Ms Aasen was previously finance manager at Jets Vacuum and CFO at Havila Holding. She holds a degree in auditing from Molde University College.
