Herbert Engineering appoints new president
Hendrik Bruhns has been promoted to president of Herbert Engineering Corp
He has succeeded Spencer Schilling who stepped down on 1 July 2021 after 38 years working at Herbert Engineering.
Mr Schilling will continue as a member of the board and remain active in the company.
Mr Bruhns has been serving as executive vice president and manager of business development at Herbert Engineering since 1 January 2021. He has been on the board of directors since 2009.
Mr Bruhns is also on the board of maritime software firm Herbert-ABS Software Solutions, where he will continue to support Michael Newton, recently appointed as president of the software company.
