Iridium appoints new chief legal officer

She replaced former CLO Tom Hickey on 1 January 2022, having previously served as vice president of corporate law.

Ms Morgan joined Iridium in 2008 to assist with the company’s corporate development and financing activities. She has worked closely over the years with Iridium’s finance organisation on its initial public offering, on Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) matters, equity offerings, financing, investor relations, executive compensation and human resources activities.

Ms Morgan led Iridium’s environmental, social and governance efforts and has supported Iridium’s board of directors. 

She graduated from the University of North Carolina with a bachelor of science in business administration and received her law degree from Georgetown University.
