Maersk Supply Service appoints new CCO

He is currently head of renewables, and will start this new role on 1 May 2021.

Mr Agerskov will take over the position following Carsten Gram Haagensen’s decision to pursue a career outside of the maritime industry. Mr Agerskov was instrumental in establishing several of Maersk Supply Service’s recent strategic partnerships.

This included support of the ocean-cleaning, non-profit organisation The Ocean Cleanup and the collaboration with Ørsted, testing an offshore charging buoy concept.

Mr Haagensen has been in Maersk group since 2006, and from December 2016, CCO of Maersk Supply Service.
