Motive Offshore Group appoints Americas regional manager

Motive Offshore Group is expanding in the Americas by appointing Jonathan Watt as its regional manager as it expects US$10M revenue growth from the region.

The UK-headquartered company provides offshore engineering, inspection and equipment rental for the hydrocarbon and renewable power generation sectors.

Mr Watt brings more than 17 years of offshore energy experience to the position and will be based in Houston to drive business growth in the Americas.

He previously worked at Acteon Group, where he was promoted to commercial director and then managing director.

“We are investing in advanced equipment and expanding our team in Houston,” said Motive chief executive Dave Acton. “This strategic move ensures we provide the highest level of expertise and services locally.”
