Elkon hires managing director
Seçkin Uz has been appointed managing director at elkon and will continue as head of operations for its sister company Schottel in Turkey
In his new position at elkon, Mr Uz will implement synergies between propulsion specialist Schottel and electrical system integrator elkon.
He will also be tasked with strengthening elkon’s international growth and business development in the global maritime industry.
Schottel Turkey and elkon are both headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey.
Ertuğ Yaşar will leave elkon on 31 January 2024.
