A global law firm has appointed a joint head of its energy practice to concentrate on the renewable energy sector
Norton Rose Fulbright has promoted Rob Marsh, a projects lawyer and partner in the firm’s banking and finance practice, as co-head for global energy, to work in its London, UK, office
Mr Marsh will work alongside Noam Ayali, who was appointed global co-head of energy in July 2022. He will also continue to work alongside Charles Whitney, who remains head of energy in Europe, Middle East and Asia.
Mr Marsh has advised clients for over 20 years in relation to all aspects of developing, constructing, operating, decommissioning and financing across all commercial-scale technologies, especially in renewable and alternative energy sectors.
He has assisted clients with projects in the carbon capture and underground storage, hydrogen, energy storage and biofuel sectors.
