Simpson Spence Young appoints head of LNG research

With more than a decade of professional experience as an LNG specialist, Ms Schliebs has built an impressive reputation in the industry, previously serving as a principal consultant for gas and LNG at Wood Mackenzie and before that, she held senior positions at EDF and Santos.

Based in London, Ms Schliebs will collaborate closely with the SSY LNG team and the wider SSY global research team to further enhance and expand SSY’s LNG offerings.

Her background includes being a chartered engineer with graduate and post-graduate qualifications including: BEng, Chemical Engineering (University of Melbourne), BCom, Finance. (University of Melbourne) and PGDip, Petroleum Engineering (Heriot-Watt University).

SSY’s LNG shipbroking division, established in 2004, has witnessed significant growth in the past five years, now providing comprehensive international coverage across all time zones through its offices in London, Singapore, Stamford, Beijing, Madrid and Mumbai.
