Welcome to our online portal. This is your essential guide for exhibiting at ITS 2024 (21-23 May).

Here you will discover comprehensive information about exhibiting, encompassing stand construction and dismantling, as well as guidance for operations at the venue. This portal also provides access to essential tasks that must be completed by all exhibitors. These tasks include:

• Fill stand declaration form- All exhibitors to complete and submit
• Terms & Conditions -please read and agree
• Read important exhibitor information- all exhibitors to read
• Official contractor (DXB Live) – order all booth items (fascia, graphic, furniture, power, rigging, etc)
• Shipping labels- to attach to all deliveries
• Shipping Information- if you are sending goods
• Shipping information – courier deliveries only

• Venue Submission Form for High Risk Equipment and Substance Approval
• Venue Method Statement- to be completed by third party booth builders

• Service Yard access map- for those making deliveries

Once you have received your registration email from Caroline Pepper and have registered to the portal, you can access the online portal via this link  exhibitors-eur.cvent.com/login and login in.
