Taking place at Hall 4, Concourse 1
The exhibition hall 4 has an area of 3,960 sqm with a ceiling height of 10 meters. It is accessible from both Concourse 1 and Concourse 2, with easy access to the multi-story parking located on both Al Mustaqbal and Exhibition streets, as well as walking distance from the metro station. The hall area is 3,960 sqm with a height of 10 meters, it features a dedicated organiser offices, individual foyers and entrances.

Centrally located at the intersection of concourses 1 and 2, the ballroom offers the added advantage of access to our exhibition area Hall 4.

Transport to/from Dubai World Trade Centre
Dubai Metro:
Dubai’s public transport is both a safe and cost-effective way to reach Dubai World Trade Centre from key locations around the city.
With our own dedicated metro station, Dubai’s metro system is a quick and efficient option when visiting our venue. The world’s longest driverless train system is clean, quiet and fully air conditioned. Trains run every few minutes, from 5 am to 11 pm using a Nol Card, which can be obtained easily from any station. Similar to many transport systems around the world, just swipe your Nol Card at the entrance of the platform.
Bus:
You may also want to combine your metro trip with a ride on one of Dubai’s many bus routes. For specific journey planning to and from Dubai World Trade Centre, visit this link.
Taxi:
Metered taxis are easy to find, regulated, clean and comfortable. They also provide a great opportunity to take in the sights of the city.
With more than 5,300 RTA taxis available, hailing a cab is never a problem. Almost all drivers are familiar with our location and the various drop off points around Dubai World Trade Centre. Female passengers can also opt for a Ladies-only taxi, should they prefer to. When required, you can book a taxi in advance by calling +971 4 208 0808.
Fares start at 5 AED or 12 AED if pre-booked and most taxis in Dubai are now equipped to take credit card payment.
Uber and Careem:
Dubai offers two private taxi services, Careem and Uber. Both offer a pre-paid service through their apps, and convenient pick and drop locations have been established throughout the venue.
Private Taxi’s and on-demand transport services are growing in popularity and are readily available in Dubai. If you already have a Careem or Uber app from another country, the same app can be used to book your ride in Dubai.
If you are unfamiliar with Careem or Uber, both companies offer downloadable apps for both Andriod and iOS platforms. They are easy to use and offer convenient payment options using your credit card or cash if you prefer. Passengers are able to select different car categories including sustainable and oversized vehicles.

What you need to know:
Visa information - Passport-holders from 50+ nations are eligible for a 30-day UAE tourist visa upon arrival. Consult your embassy or hotel before you plan to travel.
Attire & Alcohol - Dubai is a diverse city with a heritage rooted in Arab culture and Islam. Conservative dress is appreciated, alcohol is served only in licensed restaurants and hotels.
Navigating the city - Renting a car affords visitors the most convenience, but pay-per-minute vehicles, taxis and metro are all available around Dubai.
Local weather - Dubai is located in the heart of the Arabian Desert. Winter temperatures range from 20-30 C (68-86 F). Summer temperatures climb to 40-50 C (104-122 F).
By Air- Dubai is an important hub for international travel. The emirate’s most popular airport and second-busiest in world, Dubai International Airport (DXB) hosts flights from a wide variety of destinations. The airport is the home base of award-winning Emirates Airlines which—along with 100 other airlines—serves more than 7,000 flights per week and 260 destinations across six continents. The growth of flights on popular low-cost carriers, such as the homegrown flydubai, has also exponentially increased. At Dubai World Trade Centre, 7 out of every 10 of our participants fly Emirates or flydubai, due to their incredible range of connectivity.
By Road - Dubai is connected to neighboring emirates via an excellent highway system. From Sharjah, the E11 highway (Sheikh Zayed Road), E311, E88 and E102 are all popular routes into Dubai. From Abu Dhabi, the E11, E311, E66 and E44 highways offer inbound options. For those driving to Dubai from another GCC country, the United Arab Emirates border can be accessed through Saudi Arabia or Oman, with appropriate and valid visa(s).
