Annual Offshore Support Journal Conference, Awards & Exhibition 2024

2024 Offshore Support Events
Maximising returns, minimising risk in a resurgent market
Join the discussion - the annual Offshore Support Journal Conference, Awards & Exhibition will be held in London on 7-8 February 2024. It is the largest forum for vessel owners, operators, shipbuilders, charterers and suppliers across the global OSV sector.
The renewed global focus on securing reliable energy sources has prioritised offshore oil and gas development with capital spending plans on the increase.
Our panel of industry experts will examine what this means for OSV owners, which vessels will be required, which markets are flourishing, where to invest and what opportunities the offshore wind sector has to offer.
OSJ continues to follow the market closely, providing a platform for offshore professionals to discuss and debate key drivers influencing the business, the impact of geopolitical factors, regional assessments and future opportunities in offshore oil and gas and renewables.
Leading players will share their knowledge and experiences in this dynamic and often challenging sector. Advances in the drive towards a carbon-neutral future and the role future fuels has to play will be addressed in detail, taking an in-depth look at how these drivers are influencing commercial decisions.
Issues to be addressed by leading players in the OSV sector include:
- The challenge of increasing demand and dwindling supply
- What will utilisation and day rates look like over the next 6-12 months?
- Where will the assets to support increased E&P activity come from?
- When will the industry see the next phase of newbuilds?
- The era of low rates is over – what does this mean?
- New markets, new opportunities
- Is competitive financing still available?
- Developments in automated and smart OSVs
- What does the OSV of the future look like?
- Strategies and technologies moving the industry towards a carbon-neutral future
- Future fuels: where to invest?
- OSVs in a highly connected environment
