Castor installs VSAT on Royal Wagenborg's fourth walk-to-work vessel

Castor Marine installed VSAT and L-band back-up hardware on Royal Wagenborg’s fourth walk-to-work (W2W) vessel Koenigsborg in the Netherlands before it sailed to its next job in the southern North Sea
Engineers, with help from a port crane, installed the latest Intellian Technologies antennas for Ku-band VSAT and Iridium Certus L-band communications. They also deployed Fortinet network equipment and LTE/5G Poynting antennas, providing the crew with continuous communication channels when working on offshore assets.
Castor Marine was also contracted for long-term network maintenance on this W2W vessel, a former platform supply vessel that was converted by Royal Niestern Sander Shipyard in six months.
