Uzmar-built tugs deployed at floating LNG project

These terminal tugs were constructed to Robert Allan’s design for Smit Lamnalco’s operations at the Coral Sul FLNG offshore project, off the northeast coast of Pemba.

SL Ido, SL Matemo and SL Macaloe were built to RAstar 4200 design with escort winches, fire-fighting systems and a bollard pull ahead of 93 tonnes.

They each have a pair of Anglo Belgian Corp diesel engines driving Kongsberg Z drives.
