Svitzer bolsters AMEA management
Svitzer has appointed Tina Benjamin-Lea as its chief operating officer for the Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) region
She joins Svitzer from a position as logistics director at AMAALA in Saudi Arabia where she spearheaded construction logistics as a member of the delivery senior leadership team.
Ms Benjamin-Lea has more than 30 years in the industry, focusing on cargo operations, chartering and terminal operations, with global roles within logistics and operations in companies such as SNC Lavalin, Shell and TransOceanic.
She has a master of science qualification in security and risk management from the University of Leicester.
