The maritime operations and crew management software provider has appointed a new chief executive and chairman in a change of leadership
Helm Operations has promoted James Wadsworth to the position of chief executive succeeding Nolan Barclay who has become company chairman.
The Victoria, British Columbia, Canada-headquartered provider of maritime operations and crew management software announced the leadership transition as it seeks to expand services and product innovation.
Mr Wadsworth joined Helm a decade ago after nearly 10 years with ClassNK in Japan and has been instrumental in the evolution of the company’s maritime software.
