Panos Theodossopoulos has been hired by Metis Cyberspace Technology as the new chief executive officer to consolidate the company’s position in the maritime digitalisation segment
Mr Theodossopoulos brings experience in business development through technological innovations in maritime digitalisation, having co-founded a successful maritime technology start-up in 2015 and later served as chief digital officer at Greece’s marine engineering and commercial group OceanKing.
Previous positions include Microsoft Hellas director of public sector sales and SingularLogic general manager, cloud division.
Mr Theodossopoulos will take over from Eleni Polychronopoulou, who will remain Metis president and fully engaged in the business, according to the company.
