Scania appoints US president
Jorg Franzke has been appointed as president of Scania USA Inc
He will replace Håkan Sterner, who will move back to Sweden after five years in the US for the vessel engine manufacturer.
Mr Franzke was promoted from his position as head of power solutions at Scania Germany. He will move from Frankfurt, Germany to San Antonio, Texas.
Mr Franzke has worked for Scania since 1995 in various positions in sales, services, research and development, network development and quality management.
