BlueCore will assist Älvtank in remotely monitoring these tankers from the fleet management office.
BlueSat is Sea IT’s Ku-band VSAT service that enables applications such as voice over IP, internet access, secure and stabile video conferencing and instant remote management.
BlueTV enables the crew to use an IP-based infotainment system and BlueSky is a cloud-based telephone service that supports both IP and analogue phones.
BlueStar automatically switches onboard communications between different networks, based on their availability and costs.
Other Scandinavian tanker owners have deployed Sea IT’s solutions including Maersk Tankers and Alba Tankers.
