Newcomer buys Windstar

Xanterra Parks & Resorts completed the purchase of Windstar Cruises on 25 May after the sale of the assets of Ambassadors International Inc was approved by the US Bankruptcy Court.

“Going forward, we intend to maintain Windstar’s business and operations and invest in Windstar’s growth for the long term,” said Andrew Todd, president and CEO, Xanterra.
