ADNOC L&S buys two 2014-built DP2-class PSVs from SEACOR Marine
Two 11-year-old DP2-class platform supply vessels (PSVs) were sold by SEACOR Marine to Abu Dhabi-based ADNOC Logistics & Services (ADNOC L&S).
Closed at the end of April, the deal involves SEACOR Courageous and SEACOR Fearless, both of which will built in 2014 by Master Boat Builders, Coden, Alabama.
In discussing its results for Q1 2025, SEACOR Marine disclosed it sold two PSVs and a fast supply vessel for a total of US$33.2M at the end of April. The Houston-based OSV owner also reported the sale of a 2005-built liftboat for US$7.5M. It did not reveal the buyers in any of the transactions.
But Seabrokers reported the SEACOR Marine PSVs were acquired by ADNOC L&S and transferred to Al Gafai Marine Services Co.
Renamed ADNOC S06 and ADNOC S07, the PSVs each have a length overall of 61 m, beam of 15 m, depth of around 5 m and accommodation for 37.
Both vessels were in located Dubai Maritime City on 3 May, according to vessel positioning service provider Marine Traffic.
