We are acutely aware of global concerns regarding COVID-19 and we have been monitoring the situation on a daily basis as the virus has developed.
Our primary concern is that of the health and safety of our clients, colleagues and staff and we are following the guidance and direction provided by international governments, regional health authorities and the World Health Organisation (WHO).
During these challenging times, our aim is to continue business operations as usual but we recognise additional precautions and reassurances are appropriate for us all to be able to respond quickly to changing circumstances.
Therefore, we are pleased to confirm the following:
- If we are required to postpone or reschedule a conference due to COVID-19, your booking will simply transfer to the new date, and - If we are unable to reschedule the conference within the 12 month period following postponement, you will be entitled to cancel without obligation and obtain a refund from us.
In addition, we work closely with our venue partners to assure our attendees that all the recommended precautions and hygiene measures are in place, including the relevant sanitising products and prominently displayed reminders about best hygiene practices.
