Schulte Group acquires Rescompany to improve cruise sector offerings

Resco will now partner with MariApps Marine Solutions – a Schulte Group member – to offer the cruise sector a range of maritime management systems on cloud and data analytics.

Resco’s ship-to-shore software and web applications are aimed at giving cruise operators a comprehensive view of onboard operations and customer interaction. The company has provided software to Dream Cruises, American Cruise Lines, Aida Cruises, Atlas Ocean Voyages, Paul Gauguin and Star Clippers.

The company’s integrated customer relation management and central reservation systems cover all aspects of operations, from customer enquiries to complex bookings, payments and sales invoices, to customer campaigns; while the property management systems and point of sale systems enable check ins and passenger processing on board cruise vessels of all sizes.
