Hedemora Turbo & Diesel, with a history as an engine manufacturer, expanded our business with the acquisition of HS Turbochargers in 2009 and have recently opened a new workshop in the USA with HS Turbochargers America. With our HS Turbocharger line, we offer efficient single stage turbochargers with total peak efficiency reaching up to 72%.

Our non-water-cooled design provides for a compact frame, in relation to capacity. With four frames, HS 4800, HS 5800, HS 6800 and HS 7800, we have the ability to provide new units to OEM customer or retrofit more efficient units for end users. With our range of turbochargers, we offer solutions for engines with a power output of 1000 kW to 4200 kW.

In addition to compact design, our units are easy to maintain requiring few special tools. Since all rotating components are independently balanced, there is no requirement to rebalance the rotating assemblies when replacing rotating components. Therefore, all maintenance can be easily completed on-site.

With OEM workshops in Europe and the USA, along with authorized service centers throughout the world, we are always available to support our customers.
